Convoto - Unit Converter

This is by far the best converting app available. Convert length, time, temp and things I didn’t even know existed. I love that it has a one time purchase option. It is very easy and intuitive to use and the interface is one of the best I have seen in an app.

Everything is paid now. I’d say it’s worth it but a quick Google search is faster and has more options, and can show the equation. This app used to be good. Not worth it anymore

The app is nothing special but what’s really special is all of a sudden your one time paid app which is supposed to be good is asking you to pay again with lock signs on all units, dishonest conduct stay away!

Nice stable static product. Conversions don’t really change much, pretty static world. Nice product for 5$ or maybe $10 one time. Maybe a $ or two a year under a subscription model. Unfortunately, a $ a month is about ten times what this APP is worth to me.

You can’t do anything unless you pay money, which is basically the stupidest thing ever. Just put in an ad or two every 10 conversions, you’ll get plenty of money.

Stay away from this app. Developer is a greedy crook that collected my money for lifetime access, but than quietly changed the business model to subscription without grandfathering paid customers in. Sadly, Apple aided this shady developer by allowing this to happen. Thankfully there is plenty of competition. Uninstalled without regrets.

I originally paid the one time upgrade fee. Then, without warning they suddenly went to a monthly/yearly subscription fee without grandfathering in or even warning those who had already paid. So I paid for a lifetime service that they reneged on. A great app became a money grab and when you can’t trust the app maker to be straight or fair with you I can’t recommend anyone buying the app. Their word means nothing!!!

This is very bad. I already purchased this app from App Store. So why happening this with users. We make purchase app for a good experience but thats very bad experience with apple store. Developers should be clear at first time when they upload this type of app in the store. I need full version of this app.

This was a great app. I showcased it to all the engineers I work with.Then I see that it it due for an update. Next thing I know, half the features of the app were locked, telling me to forfeit money every month to do some basic conversions in a handy app. Was a nice tool to have in your pocket. But the company got greedy. I’ll be deleting it.

I bought this years ago and, for all intents and purposes, it’s a great app— UNTIL the greedy developers locked up the functionality for even paid users and moved, with out any warning, to a paid monthly/yearly subscription model, choosing not to grandfather previous purchasers into it. This is embarrassing and the developers should ashamed of themselves. DO NOT BUY THIS APP.
