When new cities are coming

I logged in with my Gmail. Picked a username and achieved level 101. I logged out as support said to me to resolve one of my bugs, but now I’ve missed my level and my account is in level 27. Support doesn’t answer me anymore. What can I do!? If I have to start first, I rather delete the app.

There is an ad after every other level and it makes this game intolerable to play. The events are also impossible to complete without boosts. Please go back to the old version.

Well I have come to the end of wanting to play this game. Not enough spoons, not enough right boosts and three ‘hard’ levels in a row. ‘ hard’ = please buy. Becoming more frustrating than entertaining.

This game was very fun to start with. Over time tho, I notice it starts to become a scam in order to get you to pay because you have to start using resources in order to win and if you don’t have boosts, then it’s near impossible to win some levels. I’ve also had issues when I go to tap an item to add it to a dish and it doesn’t do it, and sometimes I will think it’s been added if I’m moving fast but since it’s not, it ends up throwing the dish away which leads to me losing the level. I’m in Hanoi now and one of the levels I’m trying to beat has a goal of 16 thumbs up, but the level only gives me 14-15 customers before the time is up no matter how fast I serve them. The times levels also don’t start bringing customers out until 5-10 seconds after the timer has started. The game doesn’t become fun anymore when it seems to be intentionally making you lose.

After years of playing this game it suddenly restarted back to the beginning 😡

Used to love this game, I’ve been finished with all of the cities for a while now but still would log in to play the daily challenges or holiday levels. Then they did a new update to include replaying all cities for “master chef status” or something and some of those levels are virtually impossible to play without boosts. How can you require 45 dishes to win a level when you only send 10 customers through in the allotted time even WITH using boosts?! Scam. And I had sooo many boosts racked up from all of my playing and everytime I log in they are decreased. Went from having almost 100 of the insta-cooks and noticed it was at 12 just now and I hardly use it, so they’re stealing your progress to try and make it so you have to spend money to win. Nope, not happening. Game deleted.

Returned to this game, still liked it despite the negative aspects from my previous review (below) but now it has ads that are difficult to close. So many games are ruined now, disappointing. ————— I love this game but it is definitely rigged. Certain levels are impossible without power ups / extra time or customers and lives regenerate too slowly. As someone else said the game tries to trick you to spend spoons. It’s disappointing because I’ve played for years and keep encountering this.

To many ads. Especially for being falsely advertised in other games for being ad free and not internet needed.

I really love your game but it has become unplayable for me now. I have every completed every single restaurant and upgraded everything, I have completed all of the events, and i made it to the latest city and finished in a few days because of how short it was and had 40 levels. The game is starting to fall apart and people have been experiencing glitches were they had to start the game over and all the money and spoons they got are gone. The point is I miss the way your game was originally which was a big city with 3 restaurants and 120 levels each, new customers for each city, and much more. Please at least try to fix the game so its fun and popular and people will play it again I loved this game the first time it came out because of traveling to different cities and cooking different foods from all over the world.
