I’ve been addicted to this game since I downloaded it. Unfortunately I’m up to a stage that has bugs in it and it’s not letting me move on to the next restaurant. I’ve tried emailing the support team but no reply. I’ve used all my power ups to try to get past the level but nothing works. This would be a five star rating otherwise.
I liked the game. But the problem is there is a lot of events but you have to pay to get good prizes like clothing, new pet cards, amount of diamonds, coins to buy clothes… , no matter how much I play the event I only get piece of boots puzzle, 1 diamond, and most of the slots are empty so I have to pay for silver or gold membership to get real prizes. I hope you could do something about that.
The game is great but too many ads and crashes all the time. The crashing is very annoying when the game penalises you for it. Puts me off playing it when it happens, I end up swapping to another game instead.
Everything was fine then it says needs downloading to get into game. And when it downloads it would go back to main screen itself and says needs start downloading again:( can’t get into the game. Second time now.
The game is good but I paid for the silver pass in the Halloween season and when I went back in the game I lost it so I’d have to pay for it again
This game is easy to lose time out of the day. Maybe the fashion side could be more..work towards earning new outfits through games and maybe not some many fashion dollars for them. Otherwise great.

I love this game but there's something to improve like it we didn't have to wait for the upgrade to be delivered also the limited coins for exchange is too little all that coins from last city just go to waste besides that this is an amazing game ！
