酷拼圖 Cool Jigsaw Puzzle

Good puzzle game, but wouldn’t transfer to my new iPad so lost all my points unless I just give up and play on the old device. Not much good, since everyone has to upgrade to a new device at some point. Support appears to be nonexistent.

Loved this app but the gallery page no longer loads to obtain new puzzles.

These puzzles are great until they don’t operate or download. Customer support is not responsive. Great idea but poor execution.

Get NO help from support about just getting red screen when puzzles have been purchased. No longer going to waste time on something that no one cares about helping and getting answers! BYE!! Not worth the download!

Best puzzle game until it freezes and you cannot get to the Daily puzzles, new puzzles or even settings

Good puzzle game but recently could not load daily puzzles, it said it was my internet connection which worked with everything else. Deleted and reinstalled app and now puzzles work but lost over 250,000 points. Either this is a glitch in the app which they should make good for or it is an intentional money grab. I hope it’s the former

My puzzles are dated 2017!

I have lost all of the puzzle I purchased. Contacted cool puzzle customer service they have not contacted me back. Very poor customer service.

Update... I have a love hate relationship with this game. Best puzzle game out there, when it works. Will work for a couple of months, then it freezes on an ad ( cannot close the ad) have to uninstall and reinstall... then it works for awhile longer. In game support came back as undeliverable.

I love all of the puzzles, but it is annoying because the pieces stick sometimes and you can’t move at all. I love all the puzzles and do them every day. I just feel that you need to know about this problem. Thanks in advance for your help.🙂
