I made the mistake of letting them know I was interested in an expensive item. after getting an answer I went back to the website to purchase it and found that the price had suddenly been increased. Coincidence?

Trying to position my upcoming TV purchase and trying to place it on my wall via this app is like pulling teeth, you have to scan left to right, right to left you then get asked to ensure there is enough light (in a fully lit front room) you then have to scan from various angles…after about an hour of messing about with this rubbish I totally give up and will use a cardboard sheet to see how my tv will look, absolute waste of my phone battery!!

The compare function is a useful feature.

The things you want to do with a shopping app: track your order and contact customer service you cannot do. Absolutely useless. The app is more interested in telling me how I can pretend the TV I ordered is in my living room than helping me find out why it isn’t here. Should have 0.

De overzichten zoals retouren etc.. werkt niet. Je krijgt geen overzicht te zien. Dit zie je wel als je inlogt via een browser.

Helaas komt het te vaak voor dat je het verbruik van electra niet kunt aflezen in de app. Zou erg fijn zijn als dit zsm verholpen zou kunnen worden.

Kan in de app mijn verbruik niet zien, hij geeft continu aan dat er iets is misgegaan. Via de website lukt het wel
