Had app 2 weeks. Still not working. What a shame.

Just a tapping shoe

The app doesn’t work on iPhone 14 pro max with latest iOs update… every time I log in it ask for a membership and when I try to pay for said membership by pressing the tapping shoe nothing happens, the button renders no action

The only reason why i don’t like this app is because it makes me pay to use it maybe stop charging 20$ to use this app.

I’m a fan of CoolKicks that’s why I want to install the app and to buy some pair of Jordan and dunks but I’m shock when I’m trying to register to have an account. I need to pay $20 bucks for using the app. Now I’m uninstalling.

The app is cool and all but at the same time you have to become a member to even purchase shoes or clothes, which I think is corny I get y’all are trying to make money which is very understandable. But a app what if some of us don’t live in LA and have easy access just to come to the store.

Please add a size filter so that we I don’t have to browse every single shoe one by one just to find out my size isn’t available.

Overall not a good app you have to pay for a membership to get access to buy shoes drop times are off

The drop times are off sometimes on the countdown by an hour. Which wouldn't be as bad if the alerts actually let you know a few minutes before when the drop happens. Majority of the shoe boxes you receive will have been stacked upon and beat due to what i’m guessing is a drawback of having such a large inventory. The apparel/clothing section has been empty the entire time i’ve been using the app. Almost all the good kicks are sold out within the first minute of the drop. Theres been a few times i saw a not as popular pair that i liked and scooped up under retail so its not all bad. But for a subscription you pay $20 per month for i’d expect it to be better.

Why would you have someone pay 20 dollars monthly when the people are more than likely going to be blowing money to buy the shoes like the app works amazing but if you want someone to pay $20 monthly make a deal like you get something after spending so much money or you get exclusive drops like the harder to get shoes and clothes and accessories people should be able to buy stuff without needing to pay for a membership a paid membership is for someone that wants all the extra things and harder to obtain… the app is great but you shouldn’t need to pay to shop that’s like telling someone they gotta pay 20 dollars to enter your store 🤮
