Every time I download the app on the App Store i try to purchase coocoins and all it does it load forever and never lets me buy coocoins

I am surprised at the negative reviews I see here. It seems some of u are confused about what this service is. If you are looking for true love this may not be the greatest though not at all impossible. If you are looking to make friends and have a nice time talking to beautiful woman and you are willing to part with some coin then it doesn’t get any more simple or hassle free than this. Costumer service is surprisingly swift and considerate and though I’ve one or two situations that I felt were not handled to my satisfaction I must say that my overall satisfaction with them has been top tier. Now it’s not perfect I do have one gripe that irks me quite a bit but I want to address coomeet personally about it first before sharing my grievances publicly since I really do appreciate their service. For me they get a 8/10 or just enough for 5 stars. Girls : 9/10 Video: 7/10 (overall good but some of my favorite girls don’t have the best quality ) Connection: 8/10 Pricing : 7/10 Customer service : 9/10 Presentation : 7/10 App: 6/10 ( I find the browser version works much better with the exception of video quality being superior with the app) Notes: Pricing is fair but many girls expect a lot and it would be nice if long term customers could win discounts or be gifted a stack of messages at the very least every once in a While. I wish the girls could have slightly more involved profiles. It would be nice if they could have a small profile where they can write a few things about themselves. It would be helpful to know what a girls is into if they like music or movies or anime or nature. It would help break the ice and I feel I’d skip less girls if I knew a tiny bit about them before hand.

Be aware of this company. I purchased my minutes and I paid 100$ . But the mines were not activated for me. The customer service refused to pay me. Please be extremely careful, I have been their customer for years. Plus when you tech out to them they ask you for your card information which I sent and then they asked if I can show my bank statement which I refused. Please be careful!!

I can’t connect to a single person, I’ve restarted my iPad, iPhone , redownloaded the application and I still can’t connect to anyone!

While the people here are friendly, it feels like many are primarily motivated by money. The main reason I’m leaving a negative review is due to my experience with customer support. I had to wait over an hour for a response, that I never even received. Additionally, deleting my account was a hassle—I had to try five times before it finally worked. On top of that, I kept being charged randomly, even days after I last used the site, which is really inconsistent. If you’re looking to get your money’s worth, I’d recommend putting your energy into premium services on Tinder, Bumble, or Hinge, where the women are much closer (just a few miles away), compared to here where they’re often thousands of miles away and a zero percent chance of seeing anyone.
