I reported this problem a few weeks back, but there seems to be no fix. If you live in any other building that isn’t Harrison, such as Xavier, the app won’t even let you sign up or make an account due to the apartments not showing up on their list. It’s a shame because the app is “essential” to living here and receiving notifications, support, and updates. This should have been an easy fix.
