Copy My Data - Smart Transfer

I downloaded the so-called “free trial” to see if it did what I wanted. It didn’t so I cancelled and uninstalled it—should be the end of it no? Guess what—I checked my banking and lo and behold boom—the merchant had CHARGED me for the “free trial”. So if you want to PAY for a free trial this is the app you want, but I was SCAMMED DUPED AND RIPPED OFF by this company. My advice is STAY CLEAR When you install, it will say and I quote them: “Start enjoying full access to advanced editing features! “In 2 Days - Get a reminder that your free trial will be ending soon” “In 3 Days - You will be automatically charged unless you cancel at any time” Unquote. Well, they don’t do that. They charged me immediately even though I cancelled and uninstalled the app both within 10 minutes or so. Where I come from this is FRAUD and LIES. Listen, I know it’s only €5.99 but that’s not the point of it. I don’t like being DECEIVED and ROBBED and will tell everyone I can to stay a million miles from this PHONY scam designed to TAKE YOUR MONEY and without consent. And Apple won’t help you either. They probably get a percentage of the ROBBERY TAKE. Anyone else scammed by this, leave a comment to warn others so that it will stop. I’d leave a negative stars if possible.

I downloaded this app thinking it would work. I was watching a video on to use it and I thought it was a bit suspicious that the guy didn’t show the end result of the data transfer. Me being eager to have all my photos, videos etc from my camera roll on my new phone I downloaded it and it took me about 30 minutes to get it to work. Don’t bother wasting your time with this app, it would be best to download a different one.

I use my notes a lot and I wish u had a feature to transfer it to any device

Idk how this app got good rating

Tried using it simply to transfer my contacts from iPhone se to iPhone se. connected, shows files transfer but nothing into contacts. Twice, no dice

This app was free in the past I just switched to this iPhone and needed to transfer some stuff from my old phone and guess what the app is free on android and paid on apple . Disgusting

Doesn’t transfer text

Tried to use it to only transfer contacts and was 0% successful. It’s not clear which direction to transfer so I tried both directions and got nothing. The help link in the app is broken so the only place I could go is here to leave a review

It started out doing so well, and then at 26% it froze. Multiple reboots, reinstallations, nothing. Frustrating.
