The App was easy to learn and provides very easy navigation. I'm new at self-publishing and appreciate the step-by-step Q&A to register my copyrights. Site provides immediate feedback and review by a specialist which other services don't offer! Thanks.

What are they charging for?

You still have to fill out a copyright form, and you still have to pay the copyright fee. What exactly are they charging you for? Their form is actually more complicated than the actual copyright form. Total waste of money.

Not worth the money; go right to the source

First, the app's graphics are straight out of the year 2000. Second, it is unclear how this app helps people navigate an already easy-to-use system, rendering it a waste of money and a frustration in the long run. Its "helpfulness" is in the form of bombarding the user with useless email updates (e.g. "You've signed in again, good job"), and doesn't actually help beyond what someone could achieve by going straight to the source. Bypass this app and just go to the copyright office. It will save you a lot of money and time, since you still have to file and pay the registration fee anyway.
