Can’t even register my profile, experienced frozen screens, hyperlinks that don’t work, all on a fully updated iPhone 14. Unfortunate as I was looking forward to trying it out

- suddenly lost connectivity with fitbit while i was using to, and so it just stopped tracking completely - some days it will display that i’ve completed 10,000+ steps, but will not display the according core points - overall very slow and bothersome user experience

I’m so angry..I was 2nd place on my school event AND I GOT DOWN TO 4TH BECAUSE THIS APP WOULDNT COUNT MY POINTS. I DID 35k+ TODAY AND DIDBT COUNT AT ALL!! AND YESTERDAY 19k!!

It takes so long to Sync to my Fitbit I’ve tried so many things redownloading the app signing out and back in nothing works then I tried reconnecting my Fitbit and it says internal server error and won’t let me connect instead I connect apple health it shows my steps but won’t give me core points and lastly I forgot to open the app one day and sync it to my Fitbit and you can’t go back a day and sync it to your Fitbit from yesterdays data

This app can’t even do simple math in the leaderboard,a person got 30 core points is above a guy who has 41 core points+this game is supperrr laggy it can’t even add the points properly.😡😡😡

Its good but my rank doesn’t goes up it 0 all the time please resolve my issue

Not worth downloading an extra app which is doing the same thing aş your apple health and google fit, the challenge and prizes are not free to get those perks you have to pay monthly premium of 36.75AED Also it’s not from Dubai government it’s a third party app so not very reliable with the data it’s collecting, they must have paid a lot of money to be featured on Dubai health authority website

more than bad it’s not working

Was so exited to join ,but unable to register . It’s just stuck in between ,not loading

Have been using it for last 2 years to records the activities and it has been amazing.
