The staff was excellent, my nurses was always attentive to my needs all time of day and night. I will refer Corewell health to everyone especially my love ones. I also would like to mention that always get a second opinion because it was my best decision. I would like to thank the staff again. Because I was handled with so much care. Thank you

Cantt alk to a person on the phone when i call the local office. This place has gone measurably downhill since corewell bought it.

Great app, easy to use

The App is it the Most logical for use

Initially I had a Corewell My Chart account. I was able to use the My Chart app very successfully for scheduling, messaging, etc. I then added my husband to My Chart. Initially our files were separate. Now they are mixed- It is a mess!! I do not have & can not find a tech number for my chart. Please provide a tech number so that I /we can get these two accounts separated & straightened out. Judith Wilson 1 Jerry Wilson 2

Want an app that will make you hate life? Here is the one for you. I’ve had to change my password every time I use this app even tho I have saved it and made a passkey. Not sure what is happening with that but I think it needs some updates. I don’t believe the good reviews, they are probably paid. If I could I would give this negative stars. HATED IT. This app erodes my value to life and makes me want to call my therapist. Luckily she doesn’t use this app which is the zero point of post modern life. I looked at the reviews and this has been bad for at least 5 years. No excuses for That, hit up some app developers that care about people and have skills, but it’s probably not their priority considering what we know about the people involved in health care in this country. Disgusting despicable deplorable, period.

Helpful & easy to use and navigate.

Corewell Health took over our hospital system and ever since using the Corewell App is horrendous. Information didn’t transfer.
