Whether this is your first time interacting with CorneaCare, or you’re coming to the app after meeting us online, we’ve got all the right tools and tricks to get you up to speed.
In our app, you’ll start with an onboard to help us better understand your eye and overall health. We then get a better handle of your symptoms, sync in your treatment, and goals of care. Our app reminds you daily of your treatment schedule, while automatically tracking your treatment progress using our Eyetracker functionality. Our photo capture tutorial ensures you take high quality eye photos. Our messaging portal allows you to directly speak with CorneaCare, and for us to tell you about all the cool and interesting things we’re doing!
We collect only the necessary information and we take your privacy very seriously. We’re HIPAA compliant and 256 bit encrypted. Your information is safe with us!
