Post new update the attendance is not getting marked as it is not picking up the location. Can you please do the needful at earliest...also the app not appearing in location services on in settings and in App settings no feature to activate location services...
After new update it is not working on my iphone
Dear Team, I love matrix products for many reasons. Since last few updates there are issues and it affects all our users. We are helpless and just wait for you to update app from your end. With the latest update it again stopped working. This issue is only with iOS v13 and latest app update. I was using old app after updating to iOS13 2 days back and it was working fine. But as soon as users reported issue, i updated my COSEC APTA app and issue started. No one is able to mark attendance. PLS HELP AND TEST UPDATES BEFORE RELEASING
Leave balance not updated, cannot apply leave. Nothing works in this app what its meant for. Pathetic service.
