Very poor , just waste your time , let you download and then asked need to pay to open the magazine , yeah free to download the app not to view it.

Do not install
It gives you one mag which doesn't work properly. When you go to delete it you can't. Definitely a miss for me!!

Only gives you 1 magazine that doesn't even work when you try to flick through it. Then you have to buy the other magazines
Struggle to read.
I have just subscribed and it has taken a week to be able to log on. Now I have only been able to read a few pages and cannot access the full magazine. I’ve written to ask for help but not really got anywhere.
No new issue
I’ve been waiting for the march 2018 issue to be available on the app but its still not there even though the printed one has been available since February 2nd.
Hopeless
Normally great, but totally useless at the moment, as the app just crashes within moments of trying to read an issue. This means I'm currently paying a subscription on something I can't even read, needs sorting asap.
Crashing
Just keeps crashing. It's currently unusable. Hearst have not been able to help. Please fix!
Ms
Usually 5* all the way for price, content, quality, ease of access. But March 2017 just keeps crashing!! Never had the problem before with iOS so don't think it's that. All previous issues download without issue. Uninstalled ap, removed issues from iPad... No luck, March issue just unusable... And now April too grrrr
Unable to reset password
Very disappointed that I'm not able to recall or reset my password on the app.

I agree, the previous version of the app was much better. This is is like someone lazily and clumsily scanned a hard copy of magazine and uploaded it
