COSMOTE TV

Hi Team - have been super happy with your app until recently. One of the latest updates makes it impossible to download any content. Now when I download content the app crashes and closes. Then it does not open again. It flashes and closes, even when I reset the iPhone. I then have to delete the app and downloaded it again. Tried this three times and all three times with same results. Hope you can address this bug.

We see comments from one year ago but not the ones we posted recently. What is going on?

Not clear how many years these people are trying to make an app that makes sense for the user. Still they are miles away from even understanding that. The funniest thing is that they are AS BAD AS THEIR COMPETITION. Guess “free market” does not apply here….

The updated app doesn’t even let you properly log in as it doesn’t accept SMS codes properly!

Junk app that crashes almost all the time after entering the pin… This happens for the last 2 years!!!!

My one question is why I cannot update the main profile avatar? I cannot remove or edit it like I can any of the other profiles

Why 4k sport not supported on iOS devices ,is not on program list.

Much better quality of UI especially compared to COSMOTE TV GO, would really appreciate widescreen landscape support for iPhone X and later.

Cosmote TV is great, and their app is much better than the competition (EON). Being able to stream full HD would be nice, instead of 720p
