Count my breaths

While this app does have an “Email records” button, it emails a CSV with only column names — not your pet’s actual data. I tried to contact the developer, but I’m pretty sure the contact form on the app website is broken. I would NOT recommend using this app, as it is not being maintained, and other users have also reported bugs in their reviews. Furthermore, it is impossible to get a refund if you do buy pro features.

My vet had asked me to count my kitties breathing a couple of times and I always forgot to do it AND forgot how she told me to do it. This app makes it so easy to do and I don’t have to write it down or keep track of it in a document or anything. It is all write at my fingertips. When I showed the app to the vet and how it kep track of stats too, she was very impressed and wrote the name down so she could give the info to other pet owners. We did have a bit of confusion because I couldn’t tell her how long it was counting for (we figured that out after starting the counter and seeing that it was counting for 30 seconds). But then I couldn’t tell her what the app was multiplying the breaths by. Then I remembered that I had counted 10 breaths but it listed 20 on the row of data. It would be really helpful if this info was listed somewhere for new users. Other than this lack of info which was needed by the vet, this app is really great and I will continue to use it.

I have used this tool for months, but something broke in the latest update so now you can only graph one week of data at a time. I’ve tried to contact the developer and never received a response. I also tried uninstalling / reinstalling which didn’t fix the issue and I lost all my data in the process. I hope this feature is fixed soon!

We’ve always done the old school: timer, counting, writing the rates down. This app is a beyond helpful find. We have enough going on keeping track of meds. I don’t have to go through a million steps anymore: just tap the screen and it vibrates to tell me I’m done. Then the graphs and emailable records will be wonderful for communicating with my vet and watching for changes. Thank you so much to the creator!! I’m so appreciative of this app!

This app is exactly what I needed to make it easier to track my dog’s breaths. It used to be a tedious process, and now it’s super easy. Thank you so much for creating this app!
