Can’t use iOS half the time because you only allow the app to upload photos. Can’t be that hard of a fix.

Not user friendly

Don’t use if you want speed in processing and uploading receipts. Takes forever to load to place in expenses and what they are for. I can do it manually in other programs much faster.

I like the functionality of being able to take pictures of my receipts. Once I was able to submit all my receipts and submit my expense report all on my phone in the Coupa app. The only thing missing for me is being able to upload PDF files from my phone. I prefer downloading my Uber/Lyft receipts to my phone but there is no way to upload them to Coupa from my phone unless I take a screenshot but it can be blurry when viewing from a computer. Please add the ability to upload files as receipts!!!

This one is a bag of trash! The app doesn’t link to corporate login and you can’t upload HEIC file or a pdf without shrinking the resolution. New at this mobile thing Coupa?

I’m really like the efficiency gains with the new UI. Showing the reports and offering scan and add seems so logical and intuitive. 9 times out of 10 it’s why I’m in the App, thanks for making it even easier!!

Version 36.1.1 - App crashes upon open. Displays splash screen and crashes to springboard. iPhone 14 Pro Max with 16.5.1 (c) In addition to not having feature parity with the Coupa site, this app has completely stopped working. I have a feeling the app may be looking at the iOS version number and crashing when it sees the rapid security response version, “(c)”

You might think this app is a vehicle for reimbursements but it's actually a vehicle, which, through it's errors, your company can deny giving you your money back. Count this organization with the IRS as a major expense for you an employee.

Just crashes the instant that I open it.
