It’s honestly frustrating and inconvenient to use this website and app if you don’t have the premium version. I’ve tried uploading my notes to get access to content as that’s the alternative to paying for premium and it just doesn’t work. I’m so disappointed because I feel like I’ve wasted my time.

Many sources are misleading. Uploading a class schedule is not a source.

Accidently uploaded a document with confidential information, they are refusing to remove it from their site, there isn't even an option for users to delete documents! Don't make the mistake I made of using this app!!! Even after you deactivate your account it will still appear!

Fist I would like to emphasize that I’m not paid for writing this review. I also know that it frustrating for anyone to pay for something and ending up not being able to use it. Well, I also subscribed and paid R750 for my subscription. At first I also thought I was scammed not knowing that the R750 gives you “35 unlocks” so that you’ll be able to access any documents which are in the course hero app. Yes you cannot download any of these documents. I guess this is due to the protection of the author “copyright”. Only a “layperson” may not understand this. Anyway I also lost my mind and tried to complain directly to course hero and they did respond. few days later after the paranoia, I noticed that I was wrong. I was never scammed because I was able to get access to any of the documents I needed except that I couldn’t download these documents and I did sent an email back and apologized. It really helped me last semester. I received 3 Distinctions with 2 passed 👏 because of the notes I received from this app. I honestly recommend this App to any determined student who wants to succeed in her studies. And I advise that you must have data in order to be able to use the app

No support, paid R750 for nothing not even sure till today how it works. Doesn’t want to download the papers at all so you get nothing for R750.
