Signed up for the month of February as the gyms closed here in Ireland as most other places too! Omg an loving it, the workouts are so intense and really push you. Love them! But the food is where I struggle and have to say the meals on the app are fantastic. I’ve made so many already and are hits with the family. So tasty and so simple to follow. Delighted I signed up for the month and I plan on extending it beyond that. You won’t regret joining!!

This honestly is the best fitness and healthy eating app out there, the work and effort that is out into it is amazing, the food is always to tasty and the workouts are intense and fun!! You get results ♥️♥️♥️

This girl is just something else, I really didn’t know how I felt as the start didn’t think I’d stick with it! But now I look forward to seeing her smiley silly self! She motivates me to do more be more for MYSELF! The app is just a bonus! Can’t wait to see what the rest of 2021 brings 💜💜💜💜

The best fitness app I’ve ever used Courtney is so supportive and down to earth and I’ve never ever been as fit and as toned as I ever was in a gym! I honestly don’t think I’ll ever step foot in a gym again ! She is more than ur trainer she is ur friend and always supports u along the way!

Courtney is the best pocket PT! All of the workouts I use are “Live Workouts” that Courtney has recorded that day and does the entire session with you! Her energy, little dances is what pushes you to keep going as the workout are challenging! The food section of the app has great recipes which is not restrictive! Love it all, would recommend!

Couldn’t recommend Courtney and this app enough! I’ve been doing the workouts for 3/4 months now and I’ve never felt this fit and healthy, I started to see changes in my body in the first two weeks which was incredible! Courtney is the best trainer I’ve ever had and her workouts are amazing, you can really see how much hard work she puts in to plan them all! The food on her app is to die for, it’s delicious and healthy! Never loved working out as much as I do now,absolutely love this app and Courtney!

Literally the best app I have ever downloaded from the App Store, it’s my life line now, no idea how I managed a day without it before.
