Cousins Maine Lobster (NEW)

This app used to work for me but now it cannot find where I am or let me put in a zip code to find a truck. I can literally see the truck across the street yet the app does not give me any trucks close by. I even deleted it and reinstalled and no luck.

Just downloaded . Hope it's fr real.

My bank literally will not let me spend money at this company and instantly detects it as a fraudulent purchase at a untrustworthy business. I spent 30 minutes in line after trying the app (which would not accept my card) before getting to the checkout at the food truck and finding out my bank instantly stopped me from using my card there.

The app seems to be stuck on a pop-up about getting a free whoopie pie for Halloween.

This franchise allows their trucks to travel wherever they want. The issue is the app is franchise-centric. I heard that there will be truck near me today. I live in Delaware County, PA out side of Philly. I check the PA trucks, I check the DelCo truck. Nothing. I can only order if I use the South Jersey truck. So frustrating and unnecessary friction in the flow.

Hard time navigating … Getting to screen to order from food truck is confusing. Text is messed up when using large fonts for visually impaired. Never got notification when food was ready.

Very easy to order and food was delicious!

Finally was able to try Cousins Maine Lobster food because the truck came to Flywheel Brewing in Elizabethtown. Their food was delicious and we especially loved the lobster rolls and the Lobster Tots. Can not wait to try more of their menu items! This was my first time using their app as well and I was so happy it was very easy to use and allowed me to place a order and select a time for pick up. We had no problems when picking up the food and it was ready around pick up time. I would definitely recommend the app and the food!!

Very disappointed with my Connecticut Lobster roll I purchased at the Century Plaza Deerfield Beach location today. I have been a loyal customer for years . Usually buy at Ashley Furniture, Boca Raton. Today, the portion size was half of what I am accustomed too. Also, four good size pieces of shell hidden in lobster meat. 🙁

Twice now I’ve tried to use the app to order ahead but the current day’s locations don’t show, making it impossible to order. It’s a poor reflection on the company and a frustrating experience for customers.
