I’m unable to pickup shifts. It won’t even let me press the pickup shifts button. I only have this app becasuse it’s necessary for my job. It’s a waste of storage and still needs a lot of work.

Whenever I need to use this app it never works. The loading times take forever and once I'm finally at the page I need it won't show anything or none of the buttons work. The request an absence page is the worst with this issue. I can never click the select a date tabs when I need to request time off so instead of using the app I just ask my manager in hopes they remember. This app has the potential to be a good one but it still needs lots of work.

Any time I try to make an absence request for work, it tells me that i have no requests available, or it will let me start a request but i cannot add the dates. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, closing it out and reopening it, restarting my phone, etc. Nothing works.

At my old job we used When I Work and i actually really liked it. I don’t like how I can’t see who works with me. Like I wanna know who is going to be there before I get there and either the app doesn’t show or I don’t know how to find it.

This scheduling app doesn’t show me my schedule🤩 even though i know the scehdule has come out. It just loads and then is blank. no matter my network.

There must be a bug or something but in the business I’m in none of my employees and even me can not get rid of notifications.

Unusable

App always gets stuck loading between pages or functions. So many bugs. When it works it’s great but that’s not too often. Very unreliable

It works sometimes but when it doesn’t it’s not showing anything on my schedule when I switched to my iPhone 11 to my iPhone 14pro

This app has worked fine for me, up until this week. I’ve been trying ALL week to put in an absence request, but every time I try to add the dates I want off, it won’t let me. I’m very frustrated about this, and I hope they fix this glitch very soon.
