I downloaded this app when it came out in 2020 and have continued to use it due to its easy navigation and helpful features.

I absolutely 💯 love this app. It’s my go to app when I’m feeling distressed. And it works better than some mental health apps that can charge around $69.99/year‼️‼️‼️ Thank you for this wonderful lifeline. And thank you for keeping it free for anyone who needs help 🛟

I have CPTSD and panic attacks from a specific phobia along with many more things. My eating disorder specialist recommended this app to me as a way to use coping skills on the go. It has helped me tremendously in overcoming anxiety when out and even at home. I haven’t stopped telling everyone I know to download it, even if they don’t have PTSD and are just anxious in general! Everything is so helpful, and it’s allowed me to really flourish outside of my house and in public. Thank you so much for making this app, it’s helped so many people.

I like this app. I like the perspective shift.

This allows me to implement Self- Help and let me feel that I have control over myself. This app is also beneficial for when I am traveling too!

Love the Concept of the APP…but Why isn’t it downloadable with IPhone @App Store…Am I the Only One?? Tried Several times..however, this was pretty much ‘offline with not much WiFi Capabilities if at All (@Work)?!? Not Sure if this Makes a difference?? Will be Much More manageable+User-Friendly once I can downlaod to Homescreen on IPhone…Right now the App wont Allow when you look up in App Store…Also wasn’t Sure if this was just an IPhone issue…or the same w/Android (Google) as Well….

I am so thankful for this app. It has gotten me through some of the scariest and worst days this year and I have recommended it to everyone I know.

This is a fantastic app. The more I use it, the more treasures I find! The intuitive interface makes it easy to use. I recommend it to my colleagues and patients often. Sometimes when these types of resources are created so rapidly they can be glitchy, but not this one! THANK YOU for creating this and widely distributing it for FREE!

Love the app. Here’s an idea put a COVID screen in the app this would allow vets and staff to screen right from the app.
