Beware of the auto tip you’re enrolled in. 15% Tip to pick up my food?

Right when you’ve finalized your order. Added coupons or redeemed rewards and you think everything is right. They sneak a tip on to the final screen. You haven't got your food. You have no idea how good your service will actually be but they sneak a tip in anyway. Deplorable. Whats worse is that the staff isn’t paid a tip wage. You have no idea if the money actually goes to the staff. If its tipping the app developer.

Love the restaurant and the deals/rewards in the app but often can’t log in. “Other error returned from server” is often the disappointing news.

Honestly just order through your favorite delivery app and you’ll get your food faster. Using the app, they scheduled the delivery through Uber. It took 10 min after food was done to even be picked up, then another 20 minutes to actually get delivered, obviously cold. Food would have been delivered in <10 min and hot if I’d ordered through Caviar.

App automatically adds a tip.

It’s great when it works but, unfortunately, that seems to be only part of the time. The buttons are nonresponsive at times. Consistency would be nice.

Food is always fresh! Love the home style sides. The strawberry lemonade is wonderful! And so is the friendly staff, especially Brad. This is our go to place for a home cooked meal.

Now no one can figure out how to use the money in my account, or his to use reward money, or… ugh! LEAVE WELL ENOUGH ALONE!!
