My family has used this for years! We have the gold plan and added family members from out of town so they can stay on top of the kids sporting schedules, meetings that take us out of town. And it synchs to Outlook so I can see what’s been added on my work email as well! Just wonderful app

Paid for the app. Could find no way to create a chore checklist where the list stays and you can monitor what has been done and what hasn't. This did not work for my purposes. I asked for a refund. Was denied. I appealed. Again, was denied. I'm stuck paying for an app that doesn't work for my needs. Whoever makes refund decisions made a poor one.

If it isn’t on my Cozi it doesn’t exist! The last 15 years of my family’s life and busy schedules, school calendars, team game schedules, appointments, etc have been managed here. The best app I have ever dedicated “my life” to (literally!) As my kids became adults, it is now their tool as well.

Its very cumbersome and challenging to locate where to find the reminders. They can be hidden in multiple categories. I think part of the problem is they dont provide a trial account w out ads. So the ads clutter the look and as a new user only make it more complicated to search for things. Guess thats a greed based move but likely costing users. Should give ad free trial so user can have as simple a time as possible using tool then after trial introduce ads. Then odds are user will upgrade assuming this product does anything. Im deleting it, dont like how much clutter and irrelevant info it has and im not willing to pay $20 a year to hope it works better.

I like it.

The app is good and easy to use. Keeps track of appointments, grocery lists, to do lists, for extra cost birthdays. The new $10.00 cost increase without significant upgrades/ quality makes it the cost unreasonable. I have had this app since 2014 and have relied on it but the extra cost now has me looking for a replacement

Have been using this app for years with multiple family members tied in. Was not thrilled about the new subscription fees but went along with it for convenience. Will be looking for new options if they raise the price again. Will not be held hostage. Recently the app has not been working on my iPad at all. It will partially load a screen, but all the days just have a … where the appointments should be. If you’re going to charge me a premium, you’d better deliver a premium product.

While I did enjoy the app for the basics, now that I began to use it, I quickly realized it didn’t work with echo dot. I need something that integrates into the family. Because the app was discounted, I did not get a free trial. I used the app for 5hrs and customer service was not helpful to get a refund. Very disappointed in the customer service and the lack of help I received after
