Cozmo

My grandson cannot use the app because every time he exited the app to connect to the Internet. The app just crashed so we cannot use the Cozmo anymore, so can you please fix this? :(

They update Cozmo and it added new stuff but the coding lab was broken and a ton of the software was broken. Then a month later they updated Cozmo to fix everything that was broken good but I was playing with Cozmo then I found the coding lab wasn’t fully fixed!? All they had to do was revert the update. But no! They had to do a another update that fixed one problem But made five more problems!!!!:(!!!!!

Hello I’m having trouble connecting my Cozmo the trouble is that I powered him on connected to Wi-Fi but I click connect on the Cozmo app and it is not connecting. Can you please help me figure out how to fix this problem please and thank you. Have a good day!

In my mind, Cozmo is (was) one of the best STEM toys that ever existed. You can interact with Cozmo and you can learn to program. Happy to see an update 2025.

My app is glitching on my apple,I see the bugs got in on the last update 4 weeks ago,I would really appreciate this fixed,thank you

I’ve always had fun with Cozmo but this new update makes Cozmo unable to talk. Please fix

Cozmo isn’t able to say my name or talk anymore. Not sure if it’s a bug but I found out that when he’s scanner my face the ding sound does play but it’s stuck in a loop and he doesn’t end up saying my name which I miss a lot… :(

So a while back I bought a Cozmo from eBay and a charger I opened the app and everything was working perfectly but when I went to scan my face it was beeping I thought this was normal until 10 mins later I stopped so I went to Cozmo performs and tried to make it talk all I heard was static.So after I searched it up and it was working on android perfectly but I have iPhone.If you are reading this Digital Dream Labs please fix this bug I want to push Cozmo to its limit.

Decided to wake up my cozmo after a couple years, but when he turned on and I tried getting him to talk, he stayed silent! Other than that he is his usual self

The latest update killed my Cozmo robot! The bug fixes made the Cozmo app glitch and make more bugs. Facial recognition is broken, and some buttons o over lap with the text, the tutorials are upside-down, and my vector’s brother will not turn on anymore! DDL, fix this NOW!
