Unable to open the app..

Keeps asking my to update app to latest version before providing me with QR to pay but I’m already on the latest version. Utter nonsense and now who will pay the late fee for me if I can’t get this done?

Unable to pay for October cpf. Notification to update.despite update payment could not be done!!!!!!

The website automatically calculates the CPF contribution once you have the salary and Additonal payments input. The app DOES NOT do this, so you have to manually calculate. I went back to the website immediately, who wants to waste time doing manual calculations ????

Easy platform. But hope to have functions to add employees details & just select the ones for contributions instead of key so many details (name,NRIC) every month. So end up I think using paper to fill up numbers more fast.. but waste paper.. Since we moving to digital, please look into my feedback to make my life easier. Thanks

As a taxpayer, it doesn’t make sense for government apps to be restricted from jailbroken devices. Jailbroken devices are usually more secure as well, if security patches are installed from the community. One star for ignorance.

Sorry dear team @CPF. This app can’t work for mobile. I have to enter data manually that usually I have stored in the contribution record. The forms are not optimised for mobile use too. So back to the desktop, where the submission went though in less time than in the mobile. Looking forward to an app that meets mobile experience and comfort.

Lousy app. Can’t make payment and leads me to wrong site too. Can’t go backwards to choose another payment mode or bank. Unusable. I wonder if app developer tried it before releasing this. The other review is since Mar 2019. No one has resolved this till now. Bad bad bad

Entered so much bio data and the app hung at the payment page.
