Login issue
Earlier one time login was ok with the app, now every time you open the app, login is required, which is irritating.

All the Residents of Government Quarters can Register, Check Status and give Feedback along with Photo of the attended maintenance complaints related to Civil / Electrical / Horticulture. Management level officers of Central Public Works Department (CPWD) can see the Dashboard of Complaints Pendency as per Benchmark Timing. Can add Comments and upload Photo of the complaints.

False completion of complaints and app doesn’t take review about false completed complaints. Poor
False completion claim
There should be false completion claim flag or any such type of feature in app so that we can report, contractors does not do his job and stil marks work done.

Neat interface. Does not allow feedback on specific complaints. False completion / satisfaction claim cannot be reported - this is a major flaw.
