I can login just fine on the website. But the app tells me I have an invalid login. I have tried multiple times now and switched back and forth between the website and the app to confirm I’m logging in with the correct information (I am). I even reset my password to be sure, and still can’t login.
Since the update, the Craftsy app and online, does not recognize my password. I am able to use the app on my iPhone without difficulty and takes my username and password. On the ipad, it states invalid user. Disappointed.
This is ridiculous. I can’t login to the app since it was just updated a week ago. Guess I will delete and go back to using the website.

I’ve been prompted to reset my password on the app 3 times EVEN THOUGH I can log into my account no problem through my mobile search engine. Horrible.
App is just flashing (seizure provoking flash) and not loading or letting me do anything.
I joined the service to take classes on crochet. There were limited options and many of the classes were repetitive. I have tried to cancel my service without success. There is no way to unsubscribe.
I had several classes I purchased in the original Craftsy but when it switched back to Craftsy I lost nearly half of those purchases, I am clearly unhappy with the waste of money that the whole Craftsy transition caused me and what I thought was a good app, I can no longer recommend it until my original purchases are reinstated.
You make it impossible to cancel. I want to cancel and am unable and no response from your support.
I bought a year subscription that expires February 2025. The app has no value for me and I want to unsubscribe. Can find no way to do it, even when logging into uk site. I don’t want to be charged next year! What do I do?
