It takes some skill to win, but once you get it, it’s a great one!

Since this is one of two games on the app store that you can ‘make’ cash from Crazy 8s/UNO, even if I’m not going to win, I’d be playing it anyway (especially since you earn cash, you have to pay; no amount of secondary currency will let you get into paid matches.) But that’s not the worst of it: how you go up against others is how well you do compared. Except you’re not playing against each other, so while there is a bit of strategy, it comes down to RNG (random number generator) as the two AI will gang or sabotage up on you. You know the one AI has a specific colored car? You use a wild card to change it and once it gets to the second AI, they use a wild to change back. Once the AI inevitably wins, it shows the assist ‘winner’ with 1 of that color vs 2-3 of the same color. It also doesn’t help they’ll HOLD their draw 2-4 cards until the order is reversed.
