I paid 400 naira to get report of my credit score then later on, an email was sent to me saying they couldn’t get record of my credit score and the refund of the payment made was not reversed back to me .

Kindly note that there is no sort of follow up on customer requests, especially when you send mail to their support/contact centre,they should improve.

The customer support of the organization/app is very poor. I sent an email to the support, no acknowledgment or response and I called the given phone number severally during working hours however, there was no response.
