I had a very disappointing experience at Creams. I ordered a cheesecake ice cream for £11, expecting something special. What I received was just plain ice cream with a tiny piece of cheesecake and a few biscuit crumbs—definitely not worth the price. When I asked the waiter about it, instead of acknowledging the issue, he responded that he had “added more ice cream than he should have” as if that made up for the lack of cheesecake. Overall, poor value for money and unprofessional service. I won’t be coming back. Manchester Arndale branch

Very annoying, have to download the app to use online menu, Makes you sign up and sign your life away before even having a look at the menu, I would suggest streamlining the app to make for a quicker and more efficient experience for customers, nobody to wants to have to work to have a well earned treat after a long day following the wife around shopping.
