App incredibly buggy. Can’t add anything to the library.

Help. When I opened my app today it is in portrait mode and won’t rotate round to landscape mode as it was in the previous version. I am using the iPad version of the app. The videos play in landscape. For me this a totally impractical way to use this app. Please fix.

I’ve deleted the app because I didn’t want to register, give them my email address, before I could have a look at what is available and if there was anything that interested me.

Love using Creativebug. I have learnt so many new skills.

App does not work. You download classes but they all show in your downloads as fabric fishing fun and do not play. I won't be keeping this if they cannot get the app fixed. I always have my tablet but I am not always near a PC. Great course selection but for 5 dollars a month I expect the app to work as it is meant to.

App constantly crashes when trying to download classes for offline viewing. I won't be renewing after free trial due to this issue.

I hate to write a poor review for this app as the content is good and the instructors are great. However, the app design and coding itself is really poor. I gave 2 stars just for the content and instructors - 0 stars for the mobile app which is the focus of this review. A few key points: The app crashes frequently - for example, I tried to click on any instructor this morning and it just crashes. Tried again, rebooted iPad, shutdown app etc etc. Nope still not working. Deleted the app, rebooted, reinstalled. Nope. I have downloaded a number of courses - when I go to downloads, instead of the course titles on the Downloads parent page, they all have "gFabric Fishing game is fun" as the course title - seems like some test code. Only when you click into the downloaded course does it display the correct course name. When you click to download, there is no indication of how much data is to be downloaded (in terms of MB or GB). Annoying but not a functional issue. What is a functional issue is that downloads can be variable in terms of working or not - have frequently tried to download, waited, waited, gotten a couple of course sessions but then the rest won't download. So have to reset the download and try again (that has an impact in terms of data download costs or quotas). In terms of design, there is no way to be able to search for a course by keyword (or filter instructors by keyword). Sure there is a search button - but every time I press it, it just 'resets' i.e. it changes to a search field then quickly changes back to a search icon. Flash Lightning couldn't type fast enough to get something into the search field within that time. For $4.95 per month to access the courses, I expect a well designed and fully tested mobile app. It defeats the purpose of having a training resource if you can't download and view it offline later.
