Its nice to have all your bought courses at one place to watch, but you aren’t available to see your reference pictures either that you could buy. I would appreciate another slide which contains extra stuff you bought like brushes or reference bundles :)
Is there a login with Facebook feature so I can actually access the courses I bought? By subscribing to the app I got the message: e-mailadres already used. Sure I used it on the website to buy courses why can’t I use it again in the app?
It’s quite strange to actually rate this app. The courses deserve 5 stars, but the app itself is just not that good. It’s sufficient to watch videos, and download the videos so you can watch them wherever you are, but that’s about it. The process of doing these things contains some bugs (the loading indicator when downloading a video doesn’t always show the actual process), and the UX is just not that nice (no way to sort/filter the courses for example).
The app sucks
I love the website and decided to try the app because why not? It’s more accessible! It was going pretty well and at some point when I changed my password and had to log back in it keeps saying the log in is incorrect! I’ve tried and double checked multiple times but it won’t work. I went to try on the website and it worked just fine so I think it’s a problem on the app’s behalf.
Having trouble trying to access the classes I purchased ever since the upgrade. Please fix it. Thanks
The app makes it super easy to get around and I will definitely continue to use it, but the new things aren't on it. You have to go to the website for new courses and products but when you get them they do show up in your lessons. I hope the creators will update it soon but regardless its a great app!
Content is perfect. App -really- needs to remember log in credentials. Will log me out within the same day. Major inconvenience.
