Couldn’t get app to recognise me when I signed up (to update my bio info per your request).

Everytime i press the thameen buttons it tells me its forbidden with an error message ! Not good !

Absolutely the best in BH in terms of services but how come your app is so atrocious? The old UI wasn’t the best but much better than the recent release. Please, learn from ila bank

Developers did small revamp but great result The application still bit slow. Need to work out in speed without losing the features. And fix the raffle pop-up.

Very nice app, user friendly They just need to add requests tracker to allow user to check 5”the status of the request like submitted, in-progress or complete.

Check your update, the new update won’t work and not letting me login in my account fix it soon

App isn't loading

Good app, good design but App logs you off every 24 hours, this is kind of stupid, you can easily integrate TouchID to enhance security rather than log off every 24 hours.

Touch ID login needs to be included to avoid log in every 24 hours which is a pain.
