They helped me get things back on track and customer service has always been amazing with support right away and actually having solutions.

I do it everything from my phone, paperless.

Every day that I call up there to take all my card to the meeting that is not there or they don’t have no set date. It was two months to receive my card. Poor customer service.

This company is terrible the pay app is very limited and your customer service agents barely speak English and they are not educated on any of the questions that I asked and the have no idea how to help terrible company and I will be closing my accounts and I would never refer anyone to get a card or an account with you guys

They send me a pre-approved card to my mail, they make me send my personal documents, then my cards arrive to my mail and when I go to use them they tell me that they blocked them for not sending my documents and on top of that they cancel my cards and charge me the annual fee without having ever used the cards. THE WORST BANK
