Credit Union App

Unfortunately I’m going to have to close this account. There have been too many times when I need an urgent transfer of funds and the site is down.

Can’t get on half the time, FaceID works….then doesn’t work. Can’t get on today when I wanted to withdraw some money. Useless app, useless credit union….time to withdraw my money.

If I could have given this app a zero rating I would have. As per other reviews on here; the app is useless! You can’t log in even if you put in the correct login details manually - it constantly loops saying you are putting in the incorrect details. That also includes if you have enabled the Face ID feature on it. Whoever the software developer was that put the last ‘minor updates’ in obviously really checked the update didn’t cause any problems - not!! They should be dismissed! There are plenty of excellent Credit Unions out there with really good apps that grant you access to your account/funds really easily. Do like me; think about transferring your money to one of them!!

This app is a nightmare, nothing works on it, you can’t transfer from your saving to your own bank account you have to email go through security and they will transfer it, worst app ever to deal with expo when it’s regarding my money

The app is good when it works , but you find your self locked out more then you can log inn it’s a bloody nightmare it’s about time the tech people sorted this out. Give u proper scheduled updates it’s a blood joke no actually it’s a nightmare sort your selves out absolute disgrace really in today’s tech age fed up fed up fed up

Absolutely useless apps. No clear financial information

Good app. Has biometric now.

Absolutely pathetic app. Locks you out often, then you have to wait for responses to check your balance. Never shows an updated balance either. Also it’s impossible to move your cash!! Waste of time.

Terrible was sent an e mail saying that I could apply for a TOGETHER LOAN waste of time on this app 0/10 that bad...

Can not access the app to move my money and the website directs you back to the app. If lucky enough to access app it freezes once you begin to navigate
