With auto deposit from our paycheck, paying a loan (great source for our auto purchases) and even relocating to another state, the online features and fraud checking is top notch. They are really on top of it when it comes to online purchases that may look fraudulent. We have been with them over forty years.

I have used CUOC for over 7 years and their customer service is amazing. Their interest rates are low and they really care about you!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!

Very pleased with this Credit Union. The Fort Collins location off of Harmony is convenient and has a easy access to get too. I have been going to do all of my banking needs here since 2019. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. It is such a piece of mind to have such a trust in a well established Facility as this Credit Union.

I have been banking with CUofCO for almost 15 years, love their service and people

Every time I move money in this app, this stupid smiley face pop-up comes up asking me to rate my experience. EVERY. TIME. I’ve brought this up to support in the past but it’s still happening. It is very annoying to have a pop-up come up every time you’re trying to do banking in this app. So here it is. Here is my feedback that you are so adamant that I leave every time I use your app. Why can’t I disable this pop-up? Why can’t I opt out of leaving feedback EVERY TIME I move money? What have you changed so drastically in your app week-to-week that you NEED to ask me to give you feedback for every single transaction? This is super frustrating. I have financial accounts at other institutions and none of them bother me with an annoying feedback pop-up every time I try to do something in their apps.
