I like the fact that they carry out due diligence before giving out loans, it makes me feel safe, unlike the other ones who gives out loans to anyone and everyone with outrageous interest and bad customer experience of threatening calls and messages when making repayment. One of the best out there, I will definitely use the again.

I apply for a loan on the 26th of October ,and it has been three days now,money not disbursed and you’re telling me ,I should refund by Nov 26th (HOW)

I don’t like the app at all they collected money from my account after I added my card details yet they did not give me the loan please refund my money

Requesting for a loan is so difficult, OTP failed to come in despite trying it multiple times. That point was really frustrating. Do better

Since yesterday I requested a loan of 50k Nd u guys already fixed my repayment loan of 65k with d due date without crediting me if dem born una well make una call me to ask me to pay for a loan I did not take una go receive curse foolish people

The money has not been disbursed into my account and it’s saying under review and its just put the money I’m to pay in return without my money if it did not disburse I won’t pay a dime

This app is the worst, after debiting my card, next thing they sent a message saying my loan was declined, contacted the customer care, they say I should keep using the app and my credit score will increase, didn’t you people know that before debiting my card? Stupid thieves..that my money wil hang on your necks.

Very poor customers service they don’t attend to you on WhatsApp and you write an email no reply, why would my loan be declined without any reason everything was perfectly well until under review for 3 days still nothing all I could get is loan declined we cannot offer you a loan at this time This is crazy asf and I was really in need of that loan and now this is what is happening
