Aparte de que la app no es nada fácil de encontrar, la configuración de los focos es difícil y la vinculación con Alexa es nula :( No hay tutoriales que ayuden

It works very good for the light at night but for the camera it work only when it wants or you just have to reset it or restart it again and again. Don’t buy it for the camera.

As of one week ago, the app is ruined! I mean worthless! Please return the app to the way it was one week ago so we can all get back to using it!!!!! What in the world are you thinking???? It was simple and easy to use and did everything we all needed it to do. Now it’s just junk. Are the developers even listening to all of the upset people for ruining the app and the lights in general? I threw away 7 Cree bulbs that were perfect for the last 2 years. Now they’re worthless because of the app update

I’m not sure what happened, but after maybe the 3rd consecutive year of working nearly perfectly. But since then and for the last 3 years, unless the app is open, the lights are not recognized. Frustrating.

there isnt even an option to change all the lights at once you have to do it individually and it’s really obnoxious poorly made app just get phillips

Not sure why they got rid of the most helpful and efficient feature which was being able to group lightbulbs together. Makes managing lighting more difficult than it should be.

Light bulb groups having issues and not syncing. Lights randomly change or turn off and back on. Factory reset them all to no avail.

It’s an app developed by amateurs.

The old version of the app let you group bulbs to control them together so you could turn on all outdoor bulbs automatically at dusk and turn off at dawn. The app was updated and after hours of trying this functionality is gone. Used to also be able to create scenes for groups to change color for holidays. If this is possible, the way to do it is not intuitive and we can’t figure out. Videos online do not help. We would not buy these again solely due to the unfriendly app.

Why I cannot create groups anymore. What a waste of money. Now the company does not exists anymore. App does not control well light bulbs. What a fiasco
