Nothing loads. Crap app.

not really descriptive & can’t access the 3D crime scene without paying.
Not good
You spend ages trying to get it to work, then it crashes, then you are told you have to pay money for the premium version - avoid
Terrible
Ridiculous how long it takes to move your phone round then it makes the room crooked ive been moving my phone around for five minutes now and it still hasnt worked.
PLEASE RESPOND
I have an active subscription, and all doors bar 2 are locked! What’s going on?! Happy to take the £5 a month from me, but revert my account back to standard? I’ve got screenshot proof I have a subscribed account. Please respond.

Another game where you have to pay games do not realise they could make so much more money by people actually playing or using the app when its free i would rate this a zero but it would not let me send my review
Not great
I love the idea of this but it’s not great unfortunately. Even after signing up to the monthly subscription, the AR doesn’t load and the screen goes blank. Happened on every case I tried to access.
