awesome app. my favorite part is not being able to order because it's incapable of processing my payment information. super great
Needs Apple Pay then it’d be perfect
Love the usability, everything feels responsive but having to manually enter credit card info is a big nuisance. You can save your credit card but the security code is needed each time. Apple Pay would make it a perfect app.
I like comments section

Bad user experience
This app seems to never work. I somehow was logged out and now am unable to get back into my account. I’ve tried everything! Even going to the desktop version and when I try to log in it tells me there’s a system error. When I try to reset my password it tells me that I created the account via a social app. Try to log in via the social app and then it tells me the app is not available at the moment. Ugh.
Manual Entry?
It’s 2024, why am I hand typing in my name, email address and credit card info. You should allow the option for me to auto populate all that info based on what is saved on my phone.
Don’t forget your password
Somehow my password was not saved. There is no way to recover it. So I can no longer use the app to order. There appears to be a way to recover it on the website but it always has an error.
Doesn’t Credit Purchases
I’ve ordered and scanned 5 salads prior to paying at location. It’s only ever credited me for the initial salad purchase.
App easy to use
Lots of choice on the menu so I appreciate how easy it is to customize
