CRM by DealerSocket

This app is terrible. I’d rather use a rolodex than use this app. It’d be easier to sell cars with note cards with information on it. Crashes all the time. Trash.

So the app is great but after awhile it stops working and I have to delete the app, reinstall and resign in. Very inconvenient at work

Stupid app that you’re better off saving a desktop version instead of using the app.

This app is so bad

App is easy to use, I like when a text comes and can go directly to customer I’m working with and don’t have to search by the phone number. they have improved the workflow and our csm Lee always provides updates on what’s new with mobile functionality. much Better than others out there.

This is by far the best CRM mobile app in market. Especially for dealers who want a robust texting feature.

I’m excited to see the updated Driver’s License Scan experience that saves some taps and makes the process more efficient - including being able update an existing prospect/customer record with the scanned license when you UP the customer. Some additional enhancements I’d love to see in the future: - Auto-capture back and front of license (or ID) without the need to hit the shutter button - When scanning the barcode to UP a customer, if an unexpired license/image is already present give the option to skip the photos and go straight to the prospect record - Allow sending a pre-filled SocketCredit App from the opportunity in mobile just like you can from the desktop version of CRM Keep the updates coming!

I am constantly having to delete and reinstall the app. I was instructed not to do this, all I should do is log out if I’m having issues. The logging out does absolutely nothing. If I’m writing an email within the app, the font will randomly change itself out of nowhere. So I have to erase the email and start all over again. I am not a fan of Dealer Socket in general, they have so many improvements that could be made and don’t really seem to care about making any of them.

I have been with my dealership for 4 years and DealerSocket gets worse with time. The app is not efficient at all. I wish my dealership could stop using this system.
