Don’t use this app. No refund, no customer support, no food:
Problems with both the app people and the way they interact with vendors. Was contacted after an hour and told they didn’t have the food I ordered, but I need to get a refund through the app. There is no way to get a refund through the app, or to contact Crosby Eats. Finally found their facebook page and messaged them, only for them to read my message and ignore. I understand things can happen but having no way of cancelling an order or contacting them to arrange a refund is not a way to do business.
