A few clicks and boom! Bought the passes for me an hubby plus the parking .. we are not stressing at all.

We love the convenience of CBX, and the discounted price on flights to Mexico, but once you add up the drive time, all the costs of gas to drive to San Diego, to park & buy a border crossing pass it’s about the same as flying out of LAX. We signed up to the CBX email newsletter, but we’ve never received a promo code or discount offer. Please consider offering special rates or discounts for border crossing plus parking purchases for loyal, repeat customers. Thank you!

I love how smooth the purchase aspect of it is, but passionately dislike the customer service provided once at the CBX hub. The employees are rude, don’t really help, continue to ask about paperwork that customs needs, but don’t seem to want to help. I feel horrible for older traveling folks who do not utilize electronics. Maybe someone should be working that or get started on doing that as we purchase tix. Just thinking ahead. You know, into the future.
