Can you add a medusa pattern please

I try and open the app, it crashes. Sometimes it takes 2 -4 times to finally get it open. MAIL —- sometimes my pictures sent to me in the envelope or mail is missing. Ill have several or a bunch and all of them will be gone when i go back in the game. This is frustrating because i cant get my free picture everyday. Ive reported and sometimes it can take days forcit to be working again, but I understand needing to wait since there r many players. I AM EXTREMELY frustrated with the game constantly crashing!! Its been reported not only by myself but TONS of players, yet its still doing it. I downloaded this game long time ago after found out in FB where it originated that there was an app. It got deleted, because i had to get a new tablet and it didnt transfer.

I haven't played in a very long time and, opening it up again, all my purchased patterns, as well as my finished patterns are waiting for me. It's like seeing an old friend after a long separation. 🩷 When I long-press a color on the side bar, and if the closest square is far away, the visual travel makes me feel a little motion sickness. I wish there was an option to stop it. For now I have to close my eyes whenever I long-press a color to avoid the vertigo.

Great App. Love the patterns they are really nice. The one thing that I don’t like about it is all of a sudden we are having to watch ads. It doesn’t show how to disable them or how much. And you never know when the ads are going to show up.

Uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. There’s no possible way to get banned on a crossstitch game. Idk what to do.

I’m in love with this game. I’ve been playing it for years. It’s changed over time of course. I tried to purchase a 3500 cash pack for $5.99 and it continued to try to charge me $18.51. I’m confused on this and I’ve contacted support. I seem to do the patterns far too quickly and am sitting for days to weeks without playing the game bc there’s nothing for me to play. I’ve even redone most of the patterns I have completed hundreds of times.

So sad to see in some of the newest packs there using ai art.
