Simple process

I’ve used a few ticket apps and this is the best. Recommended.

Best train company

Not only are the trains amongst the most comfortable, the staff are friendly and the app is amazing - so amazing they don't charge you a booking fee. Booking fees are just daylight robbery but if you use this app, you'll pay the actual price of the ticket, not some randomly inflated one.

Shambolic app

Very poor user experience compared to Trainline. Can take 5 or 6 attempts for a payment to go through and the app doesn’t save card details so you have to start from scratch each time.

I use this on a weekly basis as my main commute is with Cross Country. Reliable app for both day and flexi tickets and prompt updating of train times.

Rubbish

Sold me ticket for train that is cancelled due to strike I had checked in the app for trains running and it sold me this one rubbish don’t rely on it

All good with app, just one mod for is ability to add ticket to Apple wallet from app.

£10 refund/ admin fee is ridiculous

Way too high.

Not working today.

Not working tonight - gets as far as the purchase screen and hangs up processing (but not successfully) the tickets.
