I love sidekick, but the crosslisting app is terrible. I’ve used all of the major crosslisters and this one is by far the worst. It’s VERY SLOW and glitchy compared to others. There have been multiple occasions where it was working overnight and still hadn’t finished crossposting by morning.
When I initially started using this app, I loved it. But shortly after there started being issues. It felt like each week I wasn’t able to list on a marketplace. This past time, I haven’t been able to access my account for nearly two weeks. Customer service isn’t answering my emails so I’ve cancelled my subscription. It’s more hassle than it’s worth
Can’t sign up because it needs a first name? There’s only a full name field and it’s filled, along with every other field. Lame!!
This family of apps is already hard to use. They don’t tell you that this app has moved to Sidekick. I canceled sidekick as I couldn’t control what I wanted to do on it. Now I had to try it out again based on seeing a story on IG. Head to sidekick and try your login there, since they don’t tell you.
Your app wont let me sign up
I filled out the beginning form to create an account, but after filling out everything, it kept telling me I didn’t enter a first name… I SURE DID!!
Every account I tried logging into, it keeps saying wrong password. When I’ve had these accounts for years and use the same email/user and password for all my accounts. Deleted the app 5 minutes after attempting to use it.
I could not get my marketplaces to connect. A message was sent to technical support but I never received a follow up messages. I used “chat” to try to get help several times- either no response or just forwarding my problem to technical support- again no communication with me after that. So disappointed- I cancelled my subscription.
Registered. Couldn’t use app. Kept getting cycled verify my email address.
