Ad free price is ridiculous
I used to love this app for the many choices of puzzles and relatively low amount of ads. The ads now are ridiculously long, show up after exiting a puzzle even if you were only on it for a minute, and you can’t even skip them. I went to see about going ad-free and it’s 25 bucks?? That’s the most egregious ad free price I’ve ever seen. I’m so disappointed.
Can’t find the way back to my incomplete puzzles
I love the crosswords but it’s soooo frustrating trying to find my way back to incomplete crosswords. So I start another with the same results. Wish there was an “in progress” option for these.
Great selection of crosswords, responsive developers
I’m closing in on 3,000 crosswords completed over almost 6 years of playing. I’ve been very happy with the how well the app has worked as well as the professionalism and responsiveness of the developers when I’ve reached out with the rare clue typo or suggestion about the difficulty of a crossword.
Lots of nonsense words
In the beginning it was great but now I'm coming across 3 and 4 nonsense words as answers in each puzzle, making it impossible to solve. So you always have to use helps. Today was Dnoramub and flptmon. It's ok otherwise, but as a completionist, it's bothersome.

This is a great puzzle site. You can choose easy, medium, hard. Easy to navigate and not too many ads.
A good game overall
I love crossword puzzles and tried a few apps over the years. This one is very enjoyable. You do have to sit through an ad every time you start a new puzzle but they are not long and not nearly as annoying as multiple ads in other games. The puzzles themselves are well done for the most part. They are offered in group format by author and you’ll soon find which authors you prefer. There are so many puzzles that you’ll never run out or finish them all( unless you do this for hours everyday).the puzzles are also listed in terms of ease/ difficulty. Relatively easy to use too. If the one ad per puzzle bothers you they offer a one time option for ad free experience ,which is much better then other games offer. I can honestly recommend this to anyone who enjoys crossword games.
Wish there was a $10 donate button
Excellent crossword app - LOTS of puzzles and the least intrusive ad scheme I’ve seen in a free app. Just wish it didn’t cost $25 to remove such minimal ad content - I’d rather donate $10 to support the devs and keep the ads than pay $25 to remove them.
Used to be good, but
I have enjoyed playing this game for a long time. I love the different levels of difficulty and the different authors. It makes the puzzles fun and challenging. There are very few ads compared to many games and if you really don’t want to play through one, simply close the game and open it again and it is gone. Ads don’t show up in the middle of a game. The creators do need to realize that the would make some money if they lowered the cost of removing the ads. However if they ever add more, everyone will stop playing.
