Easy investments
I am now using the App for a few years and have upped my investment from time to time. It is an easy way of investing and the ROI is good. I liked the market place where you could buy and sell your investments but by pulling the ‘Covid’ card they stopped this. At a time where some people might need to cash in on some of their investments; not a good move. Apart from that I love it.
Great Platform
Very easy to use with great returns. Ideal for anyone who wants to invest easily and simply.
Poor company, poor app
Had issues with C2F since they started out - they are a bad company pretending to be something they are not. Multiple errors in their systems, very poor reporting, very poor performance in terms of bad debt (debt recovery is non-existent to be honest) compared to their more professional and competent competitors). Many reported issues acknowledged but never resolved. Now they have updated their app and it no longer works just crashes on login - given their track record this is no surprise. The review by Hankers123 is clearly fake and produced by Chris Hancock (the CEO) himself - how shameful but again expected from such a poor company
Stolen my money
Won’t allow me to withdraw my money saying I haven’t had my ID approved but they have had my ID for a week. Can’t invest it can’t withdraw it.
Lack of options
Everything was going great, then new investments opportunities dried up; which is understandable with COVID, but access to the exchange has also been taken away for a long time now. Having dormant funds in my account just dilutes my returns. If I can’t invest with C2F then I need to look elsewhere.
Utterly Appalling
Currently 20% default rate after less than a year. Avoid Avoid Avoid.
Sketchy policies, app not have all functionality as their website
Support does not always reply.
Terrible
Doesn’t work correctly on iPhone, won’t let you sell investments. Was reported to Crowd2Fund over 6 months ago, they acknowledged the problem and said they would fix but clearly haven’t
